    [b]One of the biggest[/b] struggles in today’s society is one in which strain and anxiety are the biggest competitors. Therefore, more and more processes are used to ease the negative impact. The most well-known techniques are relaxation and mindfulness exercise. Scientists have proven the profits of relaxation methods for physical, mental, social and even academic welfare.
    [b]The identical applies[/b] to mindfulness, whose benefits have been developed through several studies that highlight its role in controlling tension and intrusive thoughts, improving the controlling of emotions and benefits for the psychological and physiological area. As for relaxation techniques, there are various exercises such as progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing, massage or meditation. There are also those allied to physical activity, such as, for example, yoga, and those that centre on external stimuli: music therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy or hydrotherapy.
