Erbhaven Trails in Wellesley held its grand opening on Oct. 19 at the height of autumn colours.In 2016, an eight-acre woodlot was donated by the family of the late Earl E. Erb to the Township of Wellesley for the purpose of providing a recreational trail to the community. It is fitting to donate the woodlot, explained Earls daughter, Sandy Erb. When Dad retired, he and Mom walked Hutchinson Road everyday so it is fitting to have a walking trail. Hopefully, people will enjoy the woods as much as we did.
