On Sunday, October 31, at approximately 9:20 a.m., members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police OPP , assisted by North Algona Wilberforce Fire Department, and Renfrew County Ambulance, responded to a house fire on Quade Lane, in the Township of North Algona Wilberforce.The remains of one body, which has yet to be identified, were located at the scene.
